What We Provide

Seneca House provides our members with the option of finding a recovery program that works for the individual.  We do not have a one size fits all approach, although members are required to participate in a twelve-step program and maintain weekly contact with their sponsor.  Seneca House also highly encourages members to seek outside mental health professionals to help them understand their substance use disorder, mental health challenges, and how to live a sober life.

Seneca House also requires members to participate in a daily meditation.  Mindfulness techniques have shown to help people with triggers and cravings, remaining present, and helping regulate thought processes.
